A global private equity client of ours is hiring for a strategic Senior HR Compensation Analyst to join their team for a full-time opportunity.
This role will be far from one dimensional. You will be working autonomously to streamline and elevate processes. As a Senior HR Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for compensation, forecasting, and population planning. You will be working in a collaborative environment with other HR Analysts. You will understand the current market and its competitiveness. You will evaluate compensation programs and forecast for short- and long-term goals. You will also work with internal teams to provide accurate and relevant data to support the recruitment process.
As a Senior HR Compensation Analyst, you will be a self-starter with a strong analytics driven background. You will have a minimum of 2-3 years of compensation analytics experience. Having experience working on a global scale is a major plus! You will have a love for data and problem solving. You will do well in this environment if you thrive in a collaborative environment.
