Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their growing team. This will report directly to the Head of Compensation so there is a lot of room to learn and grow. This person will work very closely with their Talent Acquisition team as it relates to salary planning and their bonus plan process, handling market analysis, participating in external salary survey analysis and supporting all compensation related projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of compensation experience; ideally from a compensation consulting firm such as Willis Towers Watson or McLagan but open to financial and/or professional services. Must have advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical skills. Our client requires employees to come into their midtown NYC office 2x per week and those days can be flexible. A competitive base salary and bonus are offered.
