My Bristol based client is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Advisor on a permanent basis, the company is predominantly UK focused with over 2,000 employees.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, this is a fantastic role across a broad range of activities, and well supported by a great HR team. While supporting the C&B strategy, the position has slightly more emphasis on reward which will include: job grading/levelling and salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews and gender pay reporting etc. From a benefits perspective you develop the companies flexible benefits scheme and help with the day to day management of all third party providers.
This position will suit someone with experience gained across the breadth and depth of C&B's, you must be analytical, commercial and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. It is likely your experience will have been gained within a white collar environment such as Financial and Professional Services or similar.
