Take the lead as the Regional Compensation and Benefits expert for 17 countries within the EMEIA region. A great position for someone looking to create their own place in a successful and widely international organisation.


  • Act as Regional compensation and benefits lead for 17 countries in the EMEIA region
  • Own all regional comp/ben policies
  • Collaborate with local country HR/Management to support and lead supplementary benefit proposals/implementations
  • Coordinate and support annual benefit plan/contract renewals
  • Handle annual Increase cycle (Own Regional increase policy and communications, Market Data collection, Country % proposals, calculation of actual increases, coordinate exceptional increases, coordinate with local HR/Payroll)
  • Review all exceptional increase/promotion proposals
  • Handle annual bonus
  • Support annual budget process with regards salary component and additional staffing
  • Own the salary band/job grading process
  • Own and coordinate salary benchmarking process, individual positions/groups of positions at a country level
  • Own the comp module in workday
  • Coordinate with Global Comp & Ben and other region counterparts
  • Coordinate with Europe and MEISA Compensation and Benefits teams for alignment
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects as required


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant topic
  • 5+ years experience in international comp and ben role
  • Industry experience a plus (Logistics and Transportation)
  • English Language required plus other languages a bonus
  • Highly analytical/detail oriented
  • Able to work to short deadlines

Self starter/ able to implement things from scratch
