A great opportunity for a comp & bens analyst is now available at a mid-sized professional services firm. Initially for 9 - 12 months, this maternity cover role will help support the firm's wider HR team through the annual compensation process and salary benchmarking, ensuring remuneration at the firm remains competitive.
You will manage employee benefits and pensions, liaising with external providers and answering employee queries. You will also ensure the employee benefits offering is competitive and negotiate with providers at renewal time to ensure the firm is maximising value. You will also monitor the HR system, provide regular reports and ensure data accuracy.
As a result the firm is looking to meet compensation and benefits analysts who have strong skills in Excel, are able to produce statistical MI reports for the business, liaise with internal stakeholders and generally act as the go-to person for HR MI. Based in South West London, this role will certainly appeal to any reward analysts looking to build out their reward experience and secure a long-term role within professional services.
