My client is based in Cornwall, reporting into the HR Director they are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead their reward and benefits strategy. Managing a team of five, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for the full breadth including: flexible benefits, managing 3rd party suppliers, reward and pay, performance, salary benchmarking, job grading etc.
You will be an experienced C&B's professional who is equally comfortable working strategically and operationally across the full reward and benefits spectrum. Ideally you have managed a small team and will be an adept relationship builder able to interact at all levels across a business.
The company has a very good flexible working policy, you will be working from home for the majority of your time and only be needed in the office 1 day/week or possibly 1 day/bi-weekly.
