Compensation and Benefits Manager
Our client is one of the prestigious and renowned leaders in the Technology industry. They are the market leader in the sector that they operate in. Our client is currently expanding their businesses within region. Hence, they are currently looking to recruit an outstanding and dynamic Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be setting and reviewing compensation policies, providing advisory and guidance for the Southeast Asia countries. You will be required to run discussions with HQ as well as external benchmarking exercises to ensure that compensation principles are relevant and competitive. You will also be required to review the benefits for Southeast Asia countries to come up with localized programs targeting employee milestones. Additionally, you will be responsible to partner with country HR and legal teams to keep abreast of legislative changes to ensure compliance.
The Successful Applicant
To be succeed in this role, ideally you will be degree qualified and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits. Strong foundation of compensation and benefits including salary and benefits benchmarking, legislation and trends will be highly advantageous. You are proven leader, an effective communicator and possess strong influencing skills, highly confident with exposure to senior management.
