We are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded technology organization to appoint a Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager for their APAC region. They have grown rapidly in the region over the past few years, and they are now looking for a high calibre C&B Manager to join their team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Global Rewards Director and VP of HR, the Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager will play a critical role in reviewing and analysing their compensation and benefits programmes in APAC, to ensure market competitiveness. The C&B Manager will be an advisor to senior business and HR leaders on rewards strategy, ensuring high performing business model and growth. He/she will drive the review and implementation of various C&B programmes and schemes throughout 12 different markets in Asia Pacific, whilst ensuring the recommendation and guidelines to be within the organisation's global policies. The candidate will also oversee their internal mobility programmes.

The Successful Candidate

To succeed in this role, you have at least eight years of relevant total rewards / C&B experience with fast paced and high growth organisations. Prior experience in setting up Total Rewards / C&B function within APAC will be an advantage. You possess strong numerical and analytical skills to provide meaningful solutions or recommendation to business needs. As a proven HR business partner, you have a proven ability to work collaboratively and inclusively across all levels of organisations and locations.
