A famous FMCG company is now looking to recruit an experienced comp & bens manager to join their London team on a 6 month ftc and provide support to their Eurozone office network (c18 locations). This wide ranging role will manage their comp & bens function, acting as the SME for all queries and providing expert coaching to stakeholders. There will be a number of projects that fall within the contract tenure: a benchmarking exercise to ensure their Euro benefits are in-line with business values, an LTIP project and an analysis of their pension scheme provision. In addition to the above this role will also provide mobility support to the business, managing the reward implications of any internal moves among the senior staff to any of their 18 locations. As a result the business is looking to meet candidates who are free to start mid February 2019 and can commit for at least 6 months.
