About our client

We are delighted to be working with our client who is one of the leading FMCG companies in this region. They distribute and retail world leading household brands. They are now looking for a Total Rewards Assistant Manager to join their team in its efforts to scale their business and to create a holistic and conducive working culture. This position is based in Singapore.

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards, you will support the Compensation and Benefits activities, especially in the review and implementation of policies. You will work with the team and advice on the compensation and benefits strategies, develop and tailor sales incentive plans, company bonus schemes etc to tailor to the business structure. Competence in job evaluation methodology with hands-on experience in job sizing will be an advantage. In addition, you will be responsible for the update and education of new changes to Total Rewards policies to internal stakeholders.

The successful applicant

Ideally, you should have at least 5 years of C&B experience. Having the experience of working in a multinational company environment is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must. The individual should be a good team player as the organization believes in teamwork. You should have the ability to enhance benefit program and design. The individual should be open to working in an unstructured environment and be open to ambiguity.
