Frazer Jones is now representing an international Non-Profit organisation based in the heart of central London in search for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join this organisation. This is 12 months FTC with the new to go permanent. This role offers hybrid working arrangements and a chance for you to work closely with a line managers based out in the US. We are wanting to speak to collaborative Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the day-to-day activities of this firm as well as participate in projects and initiatives. The candidate will act as an individual contributor that provides research and recommendations to assist in ensuring competitive compensation in all locations across the business.


  • Responsible for participating in industry-specific and general market surveys to ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefit plans
  • Track compensation and benefits costs against relevant budgets
  • Responsible for the data integrity of compensation information in Workday, regularly conducting audits of job titles and compensation data
  • Conduct job evaluations for new positions and benchmark reviews for existing positions using all available market data (survey data providers)
  • Assist with making salary recommendations for new hires
  • Responsible for the performance of ad hoc pay analysis
  • Assist with the assessment of current vendor service levels and performance for ongoing compensation projects
  • Support requests from HR Partners, working closely with HR Officers

Skills Required:

  • Previous Reward exposure, the ability to work in a collaborative and analytical environment
  • Degree level education and/or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with Workday (HRIS) desirable
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required (advanced areas, pivot tables/ vlook ups)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high volume and consultative environment
  • Stakeholder management experience required
