Our client, a leading builder of luxury homes throughout California, Phoenix, Nevada and Utah, is looking for a dynamic Compensation and Benefits Manager. Reporting to the newly hired SVP, People and Culture, you will establish forward-thinking and highly innovative compensation and benefits programs and process. From a compensation standpoint, you will manage everything from the year-end process for merit increases and bonus programs to market pricing to ensure offerings are competitive. On the benefits side, you will lead everything from open enrollment to working with brokers, benchmarking, trends, wellness and beyond. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with both compensation and benefits programs. The business is in the luxury homebuilding space, has about 500 employees and growing; getting ready to make multiple acquisitions and soon to hit the 5 billion dollar mark in the US. Ability to be creative and forward thinking is essential. The role sits onsite 4-5 days a week at the Phoenix, AZ headquarters.
