Compensation Head (APAC) – FS
We are partnering with a leading international financial services group, to appoint a commercial and professional Regional Head of Reward APAC to join the HR team. Reporting in to the Group Head of Reward (MD), this individual will be responsible for leading reward, exec compensation, comp, bens and broader compensation projects across the organization, as part of the Global Reward Leadership team.
More specifically, you will work directly with the Regional Leadership team across APAC to define the reward and compensation strategy and oversee execution of performance, reward and benefits across the region, working closely with Group. You will be supported by an experienced team of Compensation and Reward VP’s.
We are ideally looking for a Regional Head of Compensation (ED/D) with a track record of operating in large global corporate financial services or professional services organisations, based in Singapore, with significant APAC experience. As a seasoned Reward and / or Compensation leader with at least 12-15 years of leading Reward teams, you will likely have a combination or Reward & Performance Consulting and in-house corporate experience. You will be comfortable navigating and leading an regional compensation function in this fast paced, complex, global matrix firm.
