We are partnering with a leading international financial services group, to appoint a commercial and professional Compensation Lead (SVO) APAC to join the HR team. Reporting in to the Group Head of Reward (MD), this individual will be responsible for leading Exec Compensation and broader Compensation across the organization, including leading compensation review and compensation projects as part of the APAC Reward Leadership team.

More specifically, you will work directly with the Regional Leadership team across APAC to define the compensation strategy and oversee execution of compensation across the region, working closely with Group.

We are ideally looking for a Regional Compensation Lead (SVP/D) with a track record of operating in large global corporate financial services organisations, based in Singapore, with significant APAC experience. You will likely have a combination or Reward & Performance Consulting and in-house corporate experience. You will be comfortable navigating and leading an regional compensation function in this fast paced, complex, global matrix firm.
