Compensation Manager
Our client, a fast-growing financial services firm with 800+ employees, is seeking a dynamic Compensation Manager to develop and manage compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals. Are you passionate about compensation strategies and ensuring equity across an organization? Want to report in to an amazing newly hired Head of Rewards Leader? If yes, then this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and manage salary structures, incentives, and bonus programs
* Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive pay
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations
* Partner with HR and management to provide guidance
* Get involved with executive and equity compensation programs
* Upgrade and formalize compensation offerings driven by exciting company growth
* Prepare compensation reports and present to senior management
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
* 5+ years in compensation management (banking/financial services, fintech HIGHLY preferred)
* Strong analytical skills and HRIS proficiency (Workday experience a plus!)
