Our client, a mid-size financial service firm, is looking for a Global Compensation Partner to join their growing team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the global administration of compensation programs by providing strategic consultative analysis, guidance, support and recommendations related to compensation planning, external market practices and incentive programs. Furthermore, the candidate will provide strong consultative guidance, analysis, reporting, market practices and clarification of policies to key stakeholders. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical, project management and process management skills. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders is a must. This role can sit in either their Jersey City, NJ and/or Boston, MA location (hybrid). A competitive base salary, bonus and benefits are offered.
