Contingent Workforce / Contractor Ops Manager
The Role
You will:
- Build and manage a network of independent contractors and specialist consultants across Europe.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and secure project-critical talent.
- Manage relationships with external staffing suppliers and recruitment partners.
- Negotiate contractor and supplier agreements.
- Ensure contractor engagements comply with local regulatory and employment requirements.
- Work closely with Resource Management, HR, Legal and Compliance teams across multiple European jurisdictions.

Experience managing contractors, freelancers, or contingent labour programmes is highly desirable. Knowledge of worker classification, contractor compliance, IR35, or similar regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.
