Our client, a large operator of business to business trade shows, is looking to bring onboard a Contract HR Assistant for either their office in Downtown NYC or White Plains NY. This contract would go through the end of the calendar year.
In this position, you will report to an HR Specialist and work alongside of a small HR team. Responsibilities will include onboarding, organization for Sox Compliance, work within ADP, and ad hoc projects where you will help out as needed.
They are looking for someone with 1-3 years administrative assistant experience (internships welcome as well), must be well organized, must be flexible and able to adapt, and be a real team player. ADP and compliance experience is a plus.
This is a really exciting role for someone open to contract roles that is interested in gaining more expereince into HR and starting their career.
