A fast-growing and cutting-edge tech client of ours is hiring a Contract HR Coordinator that could go permanent. The company is going through a massive growth phase after a large acquisition in the spring that nearly doubled the company size.
As a contract HR coordinator, you'll be supporting the recruitment team with heavy administrative and coordination efforts. You'll assist in the recruitment plans and sourcing of qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking etc. and select and present qualified candidates to the recruitment team. You'll provide company information and job opportunities to potential candidates in the NY/LA/ATL/CHI markets for mid-level opportunities. You'll schedule meetings, interviews, and maintain all recruitment agendas. You'll also create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics and maintain and manage outstanding communication with internal and external stakeholders.
As an HR coordinator, you'll bring the ability to work autonomously, excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities. You'll have a minimum of 2 years of coordination experience. You'll have the understanding and experience of sourcing and a willingness to handle coordination efforts for the Talent Acquisition team.
