In this role as an HR Generalist, you'll be far from one-dimensional. You'll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You'll also act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics. You'll possess a heavy understanding of ER and experience handling leaves for NYC and have experience with employment law on a federal/local/state level.
You will have at least four years as an HR Generalist and at least three years experience in employee relations and conducting complex investigations. You'll also possess a Bachelor's Degree. Ideally you'll be from media, advertising, PR, or communications.
