Our client, a noted global name brand known for a phenomenal culture and great people is looking to hire a skilled HR Operations Specialist or Manager on a **Contract to potential Perm basis.** The ideal hire will possess strong HR projects and operational knowledge, from within a small to midsized global company setting. In this HR Operations role you'll serve as a partner to the Head of HR on all projects and deliverables- i.e. local & global HR initiatives to Chief of Staff responsibilities, you'll be both hands on and highly visible to major senior stakeholders across the HR and business functions (such as the Heads of Recruiting, L&D, and the HR Business Partner function). With innumerable opportunities to positively impact the organization, key features of this role will include partnering with the HR service center with a focus on the coordination and execution of support provided to the US region, managing the collection, filing and timing of HR transactions and subsequent documentation driven processes (such as employee on and off boarding activities, changes to status using PeopleSoft, and international mobility / visa processing). Ad hoc office managerial activities will at times be required at times.
