As a contract Jr. Workday Analyst, you'll work with the HR staff to provide day-to-day support, administration, and configuration for Workday to assist these managers. You'll consult with stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and recommend Workday solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will run reports and be the point of contact for any and all questions about Workday. Additionally, you'll actively participate in HR project including (but not limited to) implementation, development, upgrades, testing, data integrity, configurations and processing.
As an experienced analyst, you'll bring your innovative approach to this role. You'll have a minimum of 3 years of Workday experience and possess hands-on experience in requirements gathering, design, and test case creation and within report writing applications. You'll have a superior working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You'll interact effectively with all levels of management and you'll have strong organizational, time and project management skills. Last but not least, you'll need sharp multi-tasking skills, as you'll manage multiple priorities and you'll need to meet critical deadlines. You'll also have your Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business or a related fieldwork.
