A fast-growing and cutting-edge tech client of ours is hiring a part-time Contract Physician Recruiter.
As a contract Physician recruiter, you'll work with the medical staff to discuss their hiring needs and formulate strategy. You'll assist and coordinate the development of strategic Physician recruitment plans and source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking etc. and select and present qualified candidates to the hiring managers. You'll perform initial interviews and screening processes to determine the candidates' suitability through various methods (e.g. structured interviews and behavioral interviews) and advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions. You'll also create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics and maintain and manage outstanding communication with Physician candidates.
As an experienced Physician recruiter, you'll bring your innovative approach to this role. You'll have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency) and possess hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle of Physicians. Familiarity with recruiting software (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is key. You'll have vast knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting and other creative approaches) and have excellent communication and decision-making skills with outstanding organizational abilities.
