A fast-growing and cutting-edge tech client of ours is hiring multiple long term contract recruiters to partner with their internal team for ambitious hiring goals to be achieved by EOY.
As a contract recruiter, you'll meet with managers and sr. level HR team members to discuss their hiring needs and formulate strategy. You'll source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking etc. and select and present qualified candidates to the hiring teams. You'll help hiring teams interview candidates through various methods (e.g. structured interviews and behavioral interviews) and advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions. You'll also create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.
As an experienced recruiter, you'll bring your innovative approach to this role. You'll have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency) and possess hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle. Sales or Tech recruiting experience is a MUST and familiarity with recruiting software (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is key. You'll have vast knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting) and have excellent communication and decision-making skills with outstanding organizational abilities.
