Our client, a software technology company, is hiring for a long-term contract to perm recruiting coordinator in their DC office. This candidate will bring prior experience as a recruitment coordinator and will be supporting recruiters in a different time zone. The ideal candidate has booked traveling arrangements and scheduled interviews for candidates and can easily troubleshoot and support recruiters the day of.
The responsibilities include supporting a team of 2-6 recruiters that sit in a different time zone. The recruiting coordinator will be the face of the company by hosting candidates during on-site interviews as well as managing candidate records in the ATS. The RC will take on ad-hoc projects and coordinate all details of the interviews to ensure a smooth process for the candidate and recruiter. The candidate will bring a great deal of soft skills including fantastic writing and articulation skills as well as a sense of urgency mindset.
