In Belgium, after a recent acquisition, they are looking for a Corporate Recruiter contribute to the company's TA strategy. You will work in a dynamic and challenging environment with an international dimension reporting directly to Senior Recruitment Team Leader.
Based in Brussels, you will working closely together with the talent acquisition team to attract right candidates to achieve business success. You will be responsible for full cycle recruitment and for managing communication with preferred suppliers.
As an Internal Recruiter you will support the Recruitment Manager to establish locally policies & processes, undertake beginning to end recruitment and create hiring plans to ensure business leaders are attracting the right talent to allow them to meet expansion plans.
You will build strong relationships with stakeholders in order to understand growth plans, talent requirements and business goals. You will run recruitment processes for international teams from beginning to end in disciplines such as marketing, sales, data analytics and IT. You will provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders ensuring recruitment needs are met.
