My client, a multi-channel retailer based in Central London, are seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 12 month fixed-term contract. As a recruiter for Corporate Services you will be responsible for finding the top talent across HR, Finance, Communications and Legal.

This is fantastic role will give you the opportunity to shape the future talent within the business, and we are looking for recruiters that enjoy adding value into the role. As well as being responsible for sourcing a wide range of roles you will also have the opportunity to advise hiring managers on process, work on employer brand initiatives and conduct future talent pipelining.

The role requires you to have direct sourcing experience including; Linkedin Searching, Boolean, Online Job Boards, utilising your network and direct advertising. Due to the growth plans within the company it is likely you will also need to utilise specialist agencies so relationship management experience is key. You will be responsible for managing candidates effectively through processes and ensuring a great candidate experience from application through to offer negotiation and on-boarding. As a professional partner, you will provide the business with management information and key metrics on time, cost and quality of hiring.

Both agency and in-house recruitment professionals are encouraged to apply, however a Finance, Legal, HR or Corporate Comms recruitment background would be preferable.
