About Our Client
Our client is a US listed company in the technology services industry and have been experiencing exponential growth globally. They have identified untapped market potential in the emerging markets in Asia and are focusing their resources to develop in the region. Hence, they are looking for an engaging and relationship driven Regional HR Director to helm the function.
Reporting into the CHRO based out of the US, you will be part of the global leadership team and focusing on upscaling the HR maturity within Asia. One of the key focus revolves around building a strong HR mandate and pursuing buy-in from management. This individual would need to be strategic and to look ahead into how HR could help the business expand their influence across the region and penetrate new markets. At the same time, to work with management/global on developing Asia specific HR policies for attraction, development and retention of staff.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you possess a minimum of 15 years of HR experience in Technology industries and have dealt with business expansion, equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. In your experience, you should have been responsible for helping the management team achieve business targets and to transform HR from a transactional function into a highly relational one where HR is able to portray plenty of influence over business decisions.
