A Country HR Manager position has become available at one of our global IT platform headquartered in South East Asia. The role will sit at country level, have a predominant focus on Hong Kong & Shenzhen and sit as part of the regional team executing country HR Operations and rolling out regional initiatives.
- Report into Chief HR Officer based in South East Asia and Business Head based in Hong Kong;
- Work closely with business functions in Hong Kong to maintain or develop key HR strategies and initiatives;
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, C&B review and rewards management, Learning & development;
- Lead a team of 2 and ensure timely HR Operations delivery;
- Demonstrate relatable experience on employee branding to help maintain and attract a talented workforce;
- Work closely with regional HR team to roll out various people initiatives.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other related discipline;
- At least 10 years of HR Business Partnering experience in MNC environment and Technology companies;
- Proven leadership ability and passionate in developing career in a leadership role;
- Resilience to drive change & manage key businesses effectively;
- Strong time management ability and forward thinking with strong analytical and presentation ability;
- Complete fluency in spoken & written English is a must.
