A leader in its field within Financial Services is looking for a Culture and Change lead for the integration of a new business.

This is a key role in the integration of a new organisation and will work with key stakeholders to define cultural and change requirements.
Responsibilities will include building the change strategy, developing and embedding culture, building engagement strategies and overseeing Change Management frameworks.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in OD techniques and strategies, have led large scale people projects and delivered to set timelines, you will have a passion for and a strong background in change and culture initiatives, outstanding influencing skills and experience from a HR perspective in mergers and/or acquisitions.
Ideally you will also have experience in Financial Services.
This is an 18 month contract role with potential to be extended. high-performing, supportive team environment, CBD location, flexible work options.
