We are delighted to be partnering our client, one of the largest statutory board in Singapore, in search for their Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager. It is a highly desirable organization where it is known for their great working culture and stability.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the successful candidate will lead the Compensation & Benefits team. The individual will develop a robust performance management strategy to drive desired performance and behaviors aligned to the organization's value. You will drive an effective compensation and benefits strategy that attracts and retains different staff segments. You will cultivate a harmonious and collaborative union-management partnership.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you have at least 10 years of experience handling key HR Functions especially performance management, compensation, industrial relations and HRIS. You should have at least 4 years of experience in leading a team. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders. As you will be managing highly confidential matters and highly complex compensation structures for executive level leadership, you will need to be concise, confident and numerically intelligent.
