About Our Client
Our client is a well-established organization within the healthcare industry. They have been very rampant with their marketing strategies and have managed to achieve top of the mind awareness amongst consumers. In order to build sustainability and ensure continuous attraction & retention of top talents, they are looking for a Deputy Director for Total Rewards to join their team.
You will be responsible for the overarching Total Rewards philosophy of the organization while leading a sizeable team focusing on performance, rewards and benefits. You will work closely with the HR Director to derive strategy on how the function is able to help in attracting and retention of talent in the grander scheme of things. You will be required to look at compensation frameworks across different levels of staff segments and to adopt best practices to ensure relevancy to each segment. Additionally, you will work on projects together with HR team to drive an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of Total Rewards experience equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. You should ideally possess team leading experience previously and should be quite open and progressive when it comes to policy/framework reviews etc. The ideal candidate should be someone who looks into continuous improvement and be familiar with the practices within the industry. If you come with experience dealing with unions, it would be highly advantageous.
