This leading international law firm is looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join its growing team. As the firm focuses on the importance of digital learning and driving forward with its creative and innovative thinking, the Digital team is now looking to expand and recruit a Digital Learning Manager.
Working collaboratively with wider colleagues this role will see the successful candidate leading on the design and delivery of high quality innovative blended and digital learning solutions for the firm, supporting strategic priorities where global access to learning is required. You will project manage all projects ensuring they are scoped and follow best practice design and development processes and also support the design and development of external client facing products working alongside the wider Digital Learning Team. Along side this you will also manage and coach other Developers in the team and the Digital Learning Advisor.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates who have proven experience in the latest design and development techniques for blended (70:20:10) and digital learning, working with a variety of subject content. You will possess proven experience in the knowledge and use of the latest learning technologies including how to utilise them in blends/digital solutions.
Management of the full life cycle of the digital learning process (scoping, objectives, scripting, design approach, prototypes, reviews, tools and evaluation) will also make up part of this role along with having the experience of managing and influencing stakeholders in a high performing culture.
The successful candidate will have worked in a professional services environment, ideally partnership, with experience of team management, including coaching Developers. You will have excellent project management skills (Microsoft Project) utilised with support tools to drive a culture of efficiency.
