Digital Learning Specialist
We’re currently working on an exciting new interim position with a leading global insurance firm. The business is experiencing a period of rapid growth and this role will lead on the transformation of the learning and development content, processes, data, and systems globally.
As Digital Learning Specialist, you will need to embrace digital scalable learning solutions which are innovative and engaging to an audience from diverse backgrounds, and work with the business to drive automation and efficiency into the operational parts of the L&D team.
The role responsibilities will also include:
- Leading on the review and change of current L&D operational processes, driving automation and efficiency
- Evolving the training offering to encompass digital content and creating blended solutions which drive efficiencies across the team
- Creating content using eLearning, video, graphic design, and digital solutions
- Designing a L&D dashboard and identifying data improvements
- Reviewing the learning management system and making recommendations on future use
My client is looking for candidates with experience on driving the transformation of learning and development processes, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across all levels of seniority.
In addition, you must have experience using design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud) and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate), as well as excellent data skills and the ability to present information in an engaging way to a variety of audiences.
My client is ideally looking for candidates from a financial services background, who understand the regulatory requirements and risk frameworks within the sector. The hiring managing is keen to get this person on board ASAP but will consider those with a 1 month notice period.
