Director, DEI Data & Insights Strategy
Our client is seeking a Director, DEI Data & Insights Strategy to support their goal of becoming one of the world’s most diverse and inclusive companies. The director will lead strategic analytics efforts to research and evaluate progress towards diversity and inclusion initiatives. This individual will maintain data-driven insights, both qualitative and quantitative, to support the company culture strategies.
The director will be responsible for determining the best methods to collect, visualize, and report diversity data and metrics. They will create reporting frameworks, measurement mechanisms, and a global data ecosystem in compliance with local laws. This includes analyzing data for workforce diversity demographic reports, evaluating outcomes and progress, and identifying key gap areas affecting the ability to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
Key responsibilities include collecting and compiling D&I metrics, analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing reports for senior leadership, increasing D&I data literacy across the organization, and providing data insights to support data-driven business decisions. The director will also collaborate with business leaders and other analytics groups.
The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of relevant experience in project management, reporting, analytics, and visualization, with a focus on business metrics and Diversity & Inclusion. This role will be based in NYC and will be 3 days in the office. We are seeking local candidates only.

The listed salary range serves as a guide and the salary offered within that range to the candidate selected will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
