Director, Employee Benefits
Our client in the asset management space is looking for a benefits lead to help oversee the design, management and implementation of the company’s health, welfare and wellness programs. The role is responsible for recommending plan design and program changes to drive employee engagement and help improve employee physical, mental, and financial well-being. In this role, you will partner across HR functions with the business partners and external vendors to develop, implement and administer innovative, business-oriented solutions with measurable outcomes that optimize the financial investment. This individual will stay current in industry trends, including technology and analytics advances. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders. Provide consultation and partnership to identify needs and priorities. In this role, you will oversee health and welfare plan compliance with all federal laws (including ERISA, COBRA, and Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) as well as applicable state and local regulations. We are seeking someone with 10+ years of experience in managing benefit programs for a mid-size to large organization with 5+ years managing a direct staff.
