Director, Global Compensation
~130k on base, plus bonus
Our client is a leading Fintech organization with a significant global footprint. They are seeking a Director, Global Compensation to lead the design and implementation of rewards programs for one of their four global business lines.
The successful candidate will bring 6-8 years of best practices compensation/reward experience within global environments and demonstrated experience partnering, influencing and negotiating with HR and business leaders. Recent experience within a technology organization is required. Experience operating a consultant and with sales incentive design would be viewed positively.
This is a strategic role with a leading brand, and an opportunity to help shape an evolving Reward function and philosophy.
