Director of Compensation
Our client, an iconic non-profit firm based in NYC, is looking for a stellar Director of Compensation to support about 300 corporate employees at their mid-town office headquarters. In this role, you will assess and upgrade current rewards offerings while leading compensation strategy, design and administration of programs in line with overall business objectives. This role manages a team of three and covers benefits and payroll oversight as well (main focus is compensation). This ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in compensation and rewards from progressive environments; mix of corporate and non-profit background highly preferred. Stable track record of success in rewards combined with a desire to work in an organization with an incredible mission will lead to success in the role. Hybrid schedule 2 days onsite.
