Director of Diversity Equity & Inclusion
Our client, a top tier boutique financial service firm known for its collaborative culture and excellent people is seeking its first ever head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. This senior level role is suited to an individual with at least 12 or more years Talent Development and DE&I experience and will occupy a meaningful and visible seat in the organization, interfacing daily with the CHRO, CEO, and stakeholders at all levels. Charged with everything from defining new talent engagement and leadership programs to designing mentorship platforms, enhancing philanthropic efforts, assessing and enhancing talent acquisition practices, there is no limit to the impact you could have in this position. Though an individual contributor, this hire will work with a budget and enjoy the buy in of stakeholders both at the head of the organization itself and its well established corporate parent company. The is position is hybrid and requires 3 days in the midtown office (Tuesday – Thursday).
