Our client, prestigious yet agile midsized tech organization (circa 5000 employee headcount) with offices in Philadelphia is seeking a skilled Director of Diversity & Inclusion to manage people, global strategy, and drive the Talent Acquisition agenda using a databased and customer centric approach. This role will devise and deploy bespoke global strategies around all talent acquisition initiatives specific to the D&I space.

In partnership with Global Talent Management leadership, this individual will focus on talent attraction, retention, and development of underrepresented groups. The ideal hire will possess a savvy marketing mindset (and may even come from a digital marketing agency with a focus on employer branding) while also being firmly rooted in data and metrics in the origination of ideas and decisions. This high-energy people and strategy leader will have some depth of knowledge in the technology space, excellent presentation skills, experience + frequent interface influencing at the executive level. A proven record of utilizing data to drive decisions in talent attraction in order to build sustainable candidate communities and robust internal programs to create opportunity, develop and deploy the full spectrum of the organization's talent, ideally on a global scale, will be crucial.

With a team reporting in, this hire oversee the creation of D&I initiatives in multiple domestic and global regions. Our client is offering a rare opportunity to shape a function alongside multiple heads of HR, Talent Management and business leaders. It is preferable if applicants can work physically in the Philadelphia office once Covid restrictions are lifted in the future (1-2 days remote work once established will be available), however excellent candidates who are NY based may also be considered.
