Director of Global Compensation
Our client, a premier privately held global professional services firm with a reputation both of industry excellence and for their exceptional employer culture, is seeking a skilled and innovative Director of Global Compensation to head up a large sector of their business – their technology and digital practice (comprised of 5000), globally. Serving as a senior Individual Contributor and reporting into two truly phenomenal, nurturing and development focused leaders (Global Heads both of Compensation and Total Rewards), this unique opportunity is ideal for a Compensation Consultant at an inflection point in their career where a highly visible role, increased ownership, and opportunities to design custom solutions is a logical next step, but who also knows how to navigate in a consensus driven, highly collaborative, professional services environment where relational strategy is key to success.
This multifaceted role can be seated out of ** NYC, Boston, or Atlanta ** with a heavy remote offering.
Note that: Employees are required to visit their local office 1-2 days per week but enjoy flexibility and autonomy. **Full remote situations are unavailable at this time.**
The ideal candidate will bring:
* 10+ years relevant years of progressive broadbased compensation experience – these will have been gained in professional services/management consulting, where they served as a compensation consultant and employed strong project management experience while honing their skills as an entrepreneurial thinker able to build credibility with senior business stakeholders.
* Depth in technology and digital pay practices and administration / design of compensation programs for these groups, ideally on a global basis.
* After collecting some of the aforementioned professional services experience, the ideal hire will have gone in house in a variety of company settings, from private to public, lending them exceptional agility and breadth of knowledge to navigate this complex firm.
