The firm is slated to grow to about 100 people, and with a team of 2-3 recruiter generalists reporting in and a PEO handling payroll and benefits, this Head of HR will be free to focus on the people agenda as an instrumental member of their leadership team. Reporting into the C-suite, this hire will work shoulder to shoulder with them in refining and continuously improving their HR platform. The position will require at least 3 days a week in office but offers great quality of life and is very respectful of work/life balance, particularly outside of core business hours. Existing people management of junior teams is important.
