Director of HR
Our client, a multigenerational, family-owned luxury real estate firm is looking for a Director of Human Resources for their Midtown Manhattan office. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist and business partnering experience supporting the corporate and/or commercial teams. As the stand-alone people leader, this person will craft and lead the development of human resource initiatives and processes for the firm, with a particular emphasis on employee relations, performance management, organizational/talent development, and recruiting.
This role reports directly to the Vice Chairperson and will direct both day-to-day HR and long-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with a strong background in small company people leadership and culture building initiatives. Strong organization, time management and project management skills will be critical for this role.
Budget for this role is ~$125-175K plus annual bonus and will be a hybrid position, requiring 3 days/week in person at the midtown office.

The listed salary range serves as a guide and the salary offered within that range to the candidate selected will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
