Our client, a growing start-up technology/e-commerce organization with 1500+ employees, is looking for their first ever Director of Learning & Development. In this role, you will design the learning function from inception, touching upon all areas from strategy through administration. Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience where they've built a learning function from the ground up and come from a small, growing, technology focused environment. Must hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7+ years of experience, worked in growth environments and be resourceful & tenacious! You will design solutions with a blended learning approach including coaching, e-learning, classroom training, one on one coaching, etc. when offering programs. Ability to partner with senior level business executives is critical along with the aptitude to build new programs targeting varied audiences from leadership to operations.
