Our client located in the Red Bank, NJ area is looking for a Director of Payroll & HRIS for an exciting role looking after HR systems & Payroll while leading an Oracle implementation. This position will work closely with third party HRIS/payroll vendor to oversee all aspects of HR systems & payroll while ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. In this role you will serve as the liaison with internal IT organization and HR function while leading team through projects and processing change. Additionally, you will be a strategic partner to determine how best to support the organization through data retained in Payroll/HR Systems. You will develop/deliver training, user guides and facilitate communications to ensure organizational and end user understanding of Payroll, HRIS & Analytics functions. From a payroll standpoint, you will lead the activities of the function; develop policies and procedures for accurate payroll processing and timekeeping; ensure timely generation and distribution of all company payrolls. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Payroll/HR systems, experience with Oracle and implementation preferred but not required. If this describes you, we'd love to hear from you!
