We are doing a search for a phenomenal, growing & entrepreneurial client in the technology sector looking for global Director of People Analytics & HR systems sitting in their NYC office. In this role you will report in to the Head of Global Human Resources while analyzing HR data to drive future decision making. The role is highly visible facing off with senior & C-level executive leadership both in the business & HR function. The company currently employs around 450 employees with aggressive growth plans for next year and beyond. The ideal candidate with have 8+ years of experience in HR data, HR systems and have ideally worked in a smaller, scaling environment (or feel like they would thrive in this dynamic!). Experience with HRIS implementation along with a deep understanding of key metrics & business/HR data will be critical for success. You will manage two direct reports as you evaluate the progress of the HR organization and how it will support the company in its expansion endeavors.
