As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be tasked with managing a team to attract top talent domestically across the US.
The successful candidate is a hands-on recruiting expert and people manager who will design, implement and assess cutting edge strategies and processes to source and hire. You will develop robust relationships and work under the guidance of the Chief People Officer to define, steer and enact a TA strategy firm wide across regions. You will also be data savvy and able to analyze and assess data to determine gaps in recruiting operations and processes in order to finalize future strategy.
Leadership: Lead a team of talent acquisition specialists charged with full cycle recruitment while fostering their development and training and providing a motivating and positive work culture.
Full lifecycle recruitment: Manage and support all areas relating to hiring experienced and campus hires in a technically oriented setting.
Build and roll out robust recruitment platforms that are customer and candidate friendly while meeting with regulatory requirements.
Create a unique specialty search strategy for unique, hard to fill roles.
A strong record of results with 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition and leadership experience
7+ years of experience with a wide variety of TA technology/tools such as applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools and databases, social media, and candidate assessment methods.
Ability to produce meaningful data and reporting
Demonstrated experience recruiting in diverse, technically oriented industries
Well developed influencing skills; effective communication skills and demonstrated experience collaborating within and across teams
Ability to deal tactfully and
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Ability to travel as needed domestically
