Director of Total Reward
We are delighted to be exclusively instructed by a leading Web3 business to find them a Director of Total Rewards. This diverse and rewarding role will see you act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, helping them to develop and embed responsible reward solutions that are both global in nature but also locally relevant and align to the company mission and objectives. Reporting into the CPO, this role will be the product owner of all total reward programmes covering cash, equity based deferred compensation and employee benefits and wellbeing provision. This broad suite of responsibility would therefore suit reward leaders who are comfortable operating across cash and deferred compensation, benefits/wellbeing and have a holistic view of where total reward can be leveraged to support the EVP and wider talent agenda and performance issues. Key is being able to apply metrics to build evidence-based solutions to drive decision making in a fast-changing environment. It is hoped that this individual will be able to bring significant insights and industry knowledge to guide and implement global reward programmes and deepen benchmarking expertise and interpretation of market data. As a result, the business is looking to meet reward professionals currently operating at head of level, or Senior Managers looking to step up into a more strategic, leadership facing role. Whilst enjoying City based offices (St Paul’s), this role is expected to work on a mostly remote basis.
