Our client, an established, respected, yet highly progressive and rapidly growing global professional services environment is looking to appoint an innovative Head of Benefits and Total Rewards. The role will oversee an employee population around 2500 with a dynamic global footprint and strong roots with the US where they are headquartered. In addition to full ownership of all benefits (H&W and retirement side work), this individual will be accountable for staff level compensation philosophy, as well as the upkeep and administration of all compensation programs. While the role is heavily weighted towards benefits, this position will afford a skilled reward leader the chance to leverage existing compensation work into something bigger. Global experience would be hugely helpful as the firm is growing by leaps and bounds and already has vibrant overseas offices.
This hire will oversee a team of 6 - two staff compensation professionals as well as additional benefits managers and analysts. They will be a skilled people leader comfortable in a management role where they can develop staff and author strategic initiatives to bring the firm even further ahead on their already enviable HR journey. They are not only top ranked, they are known for a really fantastic and refreshing employer culture within the firm. As if that weren't enough, their Head of HR is incredibly forward thinking, skilled and creative. You'll report into the CHRO and interface frequently with partner level staff as well as the firm's chairman. requiring that you have plenty of executive experience and the desire to provide exceptional client service that underscores the value of the HR and reward function. You'll design cutting edge new health and wellness initiatives, be up to date on all the latest platforms and trends in the world of rewards. Profiles directly out of professional services (finance, legal, management consulting) are highly preferred.
