Director, People & Culture
Our client is a specialized, professional services organization in the forensic consulting and engineering space who is looking to hire a Director, People & Culture. The role will lead HR for this 450-person organization, reporting to the CPO of their parent organization. The firm is based just outside Chicago, with a hybrid work arrangement.
This leadership role will oversee a small but established HR team (generalists and recruiting, with other HR services/COEs at the parent company level) and will have tremendous opportunity for influence and impact at the senior leadership level.
The firm is seeking a senior HR leader, ideally with experience in a highly specialized business, well rounded, strategic HR experience, and the ability to influence and drive positive change across all levels of the organization. This is a strategic, transformation opportunity.
